9-1-2008 BJM Corp's 25th Anniversary
To celebrate BJM Corp's 25th anniversary, with subsidiaries ALL-TEST Pro, LLC and BJM Pumps, LLC of Old Saybrook, Conn., the company invited all its employees with their families on a four-day round trip cruise from New York to Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada. The total group size consisted of 51 members, including 20 employees along with their families.
The trip on the Carnival, Victory cruise ship, operated by Carnival Cruise Lines, was a great success. Not only was the trip for the purpose of celebrating our 25th anniversary, but employees and their families had a chance to bond and to get to know each other outside the work environment. Carnival Cruise Lines did an excellent job offering plenty of good food and service, great accommodations, entertainment and various activities with lots of fun events for all.
When asked about how to top the 25th anniversary, company President Steve Bjorkman replied, "You'll have to wait and see what we come up with for our 50th!"

2-13-2006 ALL-SAFE PRO™
ALL-TEST Pro, LLC, Old Saybrook, CT, is pleased to introduce the ALL-SAFE PRO™ test panel for safe and fast testing of energized motor systems and power quality monitoring. The permanently installed connection box eliminates the need to open electrical panels when testing energized motors. No need for the operator to suit up in special protective clothing.
The ALL-SAFE PRO works with the ALL-TEST PRO OL or ALL-TEST PRO OL II (ATPOL II™) Electrical Signature Analysis instrument. The ATPOL II is a hand held, light-weight data collector for evaluating the electrical and mechanical health of an AC or DC motor and its driven load, as well as incoming power quality showing complete ac/dc power/energy cost analysis.
The ALL-SAFE PRO™ mounts in the motor control center or other electrical panel and links to the ATPOL with a single connector. The output pins on the ALL-SAFE PRO™ are deactivated when not in use so there is no risk of exposure to dangerous voltages. All components are specified to operate on 600 Vrms systems for measurement and voltage inputs to the unit are equipped with 600 V fuses. Voltages representing the flow of current are less than 2 Vrms on the exposed connector. The ALL-SAFE PRO can be connected to medium and high voltage systems via potential and current transformers
ALL-TEST Pro, LLC, offers a full line of hand held instruments for off-line and on-line testing of motors, generators and transformers. |

1-10-2006 ALL-TEST PRO On-Line II™
ALL-TEST Pro, LLC, introduces the ALL-TEST PRO™ OL II (ATPOL II), a lightweight and handheld on line tester. The unit is classified as CAT 4 and carries CE approval, communicates through Bluetooth. No Communication cable is needed. Each unit comes standard with a 2 year limited warranty and has an upgraded memory pack with high resolution for storing up to 20 tests. The ATPOL II is constructed in a very rugged hard case for maximum damage protection.
ALL-TEST Pro’s ATPOL was the first Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA) and Power Quality Analysis (PQA) system to utilize a hand held, light-weight, and data collector with no need to carry around a PC or other heavy or sensitive equipment.
The system evaluates the electrical and mechanical health of an AC or DC motor and its driven load, as well as incoming power quality showing complete ac/dc power/energy cost analysis.
The unit does not require entering nameplate data before data collecting. This can be done after the testing and before the analyzing. Running Speed and Pole Pass Frequency are found automatically and the software automatically determines if bearing problems exist and the presence of static and dynamic eccentricity.
Intelligent software automates most of the diagnosis and reporting, and is integrated with ALL-TEST Pro award winning off-line test system and technology.
