NEW!
The hand-held ALL-TEST PRO™ 31 incorporates tests for faults
to ground, internal faults such as turn-to-turn and coil-to-coil
and phase balance. Electric interference from residual or stray
currents from test-object or surrounding power sources is measured
by an included EMI test.
Testing frequencies are selected from a range of 25 – 800
HZ, which enables the instrument to test fractional as well as large
AC/DC motors, generators and transformers, multi or single phase.
In addition, the instrument features a revolutionary, patented rotor
test, which quickly finds broken rotor bars and casting voids.
The instrument is hand-held and weighs only 1 lb. It provides safe,
off-line testing on de-energized machinery and will save the user
downtime, unnecessary repairs and on utility bills. It will take
the guess-work out of motor trouble shooting and management.

Making and comparing 5 different measurements across 3 phases enables
you to pinpoint winding and rotor faults in motors of all sizes.
Handles not only 3-phase induction, but also DC motors and even
traction motors and machine tool servos. The All-TEST IV PRO 2000™
performs automated measurements, performs calculations and comparisons,
and gives immediate readings in engineering units. The ALL-TEST
IV PRO 2000™ has on board memory to store data and previous
results from 500+ motors and a PC interface. Includes case, charger,
test leads, PC interface cable, and Trend 2003 software for analysis
and reporting.

On-Line Motor Diagnostics in a Hand-Held Instrument.
The first Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA) and Power Quality
Analysis system to utilize a hand held, light-weight, data collector.
It is not necessary to carry a PC to the test site.
The system evaluates the electrical and mechanical health of an
AC or DC motor and its driven load, as well as incoming power quality
showing complete ac/dc power/energy cost analysis.
The unit does not require entering nameplate data before data collecting.
This can be done after the testing and before the analyzing. Running
Speed and Pole Pass Frequency are found automatically and the software
automatically determines if bearing problems exist and the presence
of static and dynamic eccentricity.

For the maximum capability in motor diagnostics, select the Advanced
Analysis Kit. It combines the basic troubleshooting and real-time
rotor test of the ALL-TEST 31, the analytical and trending power
of the ALL-TEST IV PRO 2000™, and the diagnostics of the EMCAT
software. Used together, these tools can electrically isolate the
rotor and windings in assembled motors for highly accurate fault
pinpointing including: winding shorts, open conductors and coils,
reversed coils, connection defects, air gap defects, and rotor defects
(broken bars, eccentricity, and casting voids). Each ALL-TEST Advanced
Analysis Kit Includes: ALL-TEST IV PRO 2000™ analyzer, ALL-TEST
PRO™ 31, manuals and guidebooks, leads, chargers, cases, Trend
2000 software, EMCAT software, the Motor Circuit Analysis reference
book, an ATF 11 and an M2000 training motor.

EMCAT®
Comprehensive Motor Management Software
EMCAT Software is a total motor and transformer maintenance
package, which integrates with the ALL-TEST IV Pro 2000, a handheld
fault finder and data collector.
Combined they offer a package that performs testing and automatic
analysis of AC/DC electric motors, including rotors, and transformers.
The software incorporates trending, routing, scheduling of maintenance,
work order management, review of equipment data by location or name
and entering of data from other test technologies.
It can be configured to interface with commercial CMMS packages
and the US Department of Energy software program MotorMaster Plus.

Condition Calculator 3.0 (CC3) has been developed to provide a simple
method for testing and reporting your findings using your ALL-TEST
PRO™ 31 motor tester. The software allows for quick analysis
of impedance, I/F, phase angle, phase balance and insulation to
ground testing, it also allows for viewing of EMI (Electro-Magnetic
Induction) test results, rotor test results and rotor compensation
testing. As an improvement from the Condition Calculator 2.0, a
graphic report may be printed.
