TREND / EMCAT Questions
I have TREND™ 3.2 Installed. When I try to upload data from the instrument to the software it says "User is missing a Company".
This message will display if the user is not associated with a company. Every username must be unique if you have multiple "Company" entries. You must go to the "User" tab and make sure the user is associated with the company they're assigned to.
The "Exception" error is often caused by routine JAVA updates and can be easily resolved. Navigate to C: Program Files (x86) / EMCAT PRO®. Find the file [CFRestore.exe] and double click to run. Accept and agree to everything you are offered. No data or setup information will be lost or relocated.

I'm using EMCAT 2005 version 2. My new work computer is Windows 7 and I can't get the program to work with my new laptop.
EMCAT version 2005 is a Windows XP program that is out of date and is no longer supported by ATP, however an upgrade that preserves all existing test data is available. Contact email@example.com.
